Speed Friending at Hillhead
Looking to meet new people and make some proper mates this Welcome Week? Join us on Sunday 14th September, 6-9PM at the Hillhead Main Building Lounge for a chilled evening of Speed Friending: think casual chats, fun questions, and free pizza.
We’re turning the space into a friendly hangout zone, perfect for breaking the ice and meeting people from all over. No awkward silences here, we’ll have easy conversation starters ready, and you'll chat to someone new every few minutes.
How it works:
- Pair up and chat for 3 minutes with a fun prompt
- Rotate and meet someone new each round
- Bring your own questions if you fancy!
- Snacks, pizza, and drinks provided 🍕🥤
It’s a fun, low-pressure way to start uni with some familiar faces, whether you come solo or bring your flatmates, you’ll leave with new connections.
