How is artificial intelligence shaping our environment — and what role could it play in tackling climate change?
Join us for our third Student Climate Assembly, exploring Artificial Intelligence and the Environment. This session will examine both the environmental impacts of AI technologies and their potential to support sustainability, climate modelling, conservation, and environmental monitoring.
Co-designed by Student Sustainability Advocates, this assembly will feature a structured discussion and talks from guest speakers who bring expertise from research, industry, and sustainability practice. Due to research commitments, many of the academics we approached to speak for this event were unable to attend in person, so we will watch a collection of TED Talks for discussion.
